2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit this website, Netlify automatically processes data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is needed to run the website securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR); the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify under Art. 28 GDPR. Log data is kept only as long as needed to run the website securely.

3. Demo requests and contact

When you request a demo or write to us, we process the details you give us (for example name, company, email address and your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

4. Video and fonts

The video and the fonts on this website are loaded from our own servers. No data is sent to third parties such as video platforms or font providers.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). 7. Right to lodge a complaint

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Wiesbaden.

8. Providing data

You are not obliged to give us any data. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer a request. We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
